SILENT AUCTION
The Holman
Water Quality Stewardship Award Banquet, sponsored by HRWC, is set for
January 17, 2009 in Salons I & II at Brasstown Valley resort in Young
Harris, Ga. A silent auction will take place in the sitting room
before the banquet and will feature the best art and craft items made
and sold right here in the Blue Ridge Mountains, as well as unique
opportunities to stay and dine at locally-owned establishments.
Our
principle goal for the auction is to create conversation and interaction
among the sponsors, citizens, and water quality professionals from
Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee who will be in attendance;
however, it is also our hope to showcase local businesses, artists, and
crafters to folks that make up this regional audience.
